Four treatments a year, timed for how turf actually grows here:
Early-spring — wake-up feed + crabgrass preventer
mid-spring — pre-emergent + lawn feed
summer — lawn feed to help lawn resist the heat.
Fall — root-building fertilizer so it comes back stronger
We adjust rates for your grass type and soil. No “one bag for every lawn.”
Fall leaf cleanup
Blow, rake, and haul. We can do a one-time dump or a few visits while the leaves are falling.
Spring cleanup
Winter debris off the lawn, beds edged, first mow, and a check that the sprinklers are functioning properly.
Aeration + overseed (fall)
Opens compacted soil and thickens thin spots.
Weed control
we spread weed killer/pre-emergent in the lawn plus beds so you’re not looking at dandelions from the porch.
Irrigation fixes
we fix broken pipes, leaking valves, and misaligned sprinkler heads to keep your lawn green.
